Our Country Our Pride!

Rasullallah SA says:

In the light of this hadith 14th August holds a great significance in the history of Pakistan. Aqa Maula Syedna Aali Qadr Mufaddal Saifuddin TUS has time and again made it vital for the momineen to love and be faithful to their homeland. To instigate the feelings of patriotism in our young toddlers of the Pre Primary Section, a field trip was planned to Quaid-e-Azam’s Mausoleum on Tuesday 16th August 2017.

To mark the importance of our country’s Independence Day and to make it a strong memorable learning experience for our students, various activities and verbal lessons were conducted through out the week prior to this trip to instill in the young minds the basic important information about Pakistan.

It is believed that learning has a stronger impact if it is linked to practical approach and practical approach to learning has always been of prime importance at M.S.B.

The morning breeze of 16th August, 2017 was all filled with love and warm feelings of celebration and belongingness towards our beloved country, Pakistan. An ownership towards the country was prominent on every face that entered the Mazar. All staff members and parents came in green and white attire where as the students wore headgears of the flag of Pakistan. The air was filled with slogans of Pakistan Zindabad.

The program at the Mazar started with the walk past led by the Naval military guards followed by our Burhani Guards. The students followed the guards along with their fathers while the mothers walked the last.

Inside the Mazar we saw the military drill which was specially conducted for us. This was not only worth seeing for our young students but for many of the guests as well, as they got to see this for the first time in their lives. After the military drill we had Fateha Khawani and the singing of the National Anthem.

From the Mazar the crowd proceeded towards the garden area which was well carpeted and decorated with colourful banners and green and white balloons.

Here the program commenced with the recitation of surahs………………from Quran e Majeed by the students of Prep II, followed by the recitation of a few verses from the nazam ‘Allamal Insan’ by everyone present there. A welcome speech was given by our Masool Janab Shk Hozefa Bhai Dohadwala. He also highlighted the objectives of this field trip.

Cake cutting ceremony was held after the speech. The program further proceeded by the colourful and informative presentations by our young students who looked stunning in cultural costumes. They spoke about the four provinces and the flag of Pakistan. Last but not the least was the poster making activity in which all parents and their kids participated whole heartedly with brimming enthusiasm.
