MSB Holds A Career Counselling Session For The Seniors

As students enter fields of subject specialization, they are often confronted by dilemmas and predicaments of how and what to choose. Therefore MSB arranged for a career counselling session for the students of Classes X SSC and XI O’Levels with Mr. Khurram Iqbal, a representative of ACCA.

The session started on a very interesting note as Mr Iqbal paid emphatic attention to the word “career”. He went on to explain the diverse and the varied range of meanings of the word. He also spoke about the importance of making the correct decision for a brighter future. The choice of a career by the student himself/herself would ensure interest and success in life. He identified this stage in life as a perfect time to identify strengths and weaknesses and work upon them.

He also spoke to students about making their choices right here in High school in order to make it to the best institutes in town for the subjects they would choose. Mr. Iqbal encouraged students to keep in mind multiple options to secure a bright future just in case the first option didn’t work out well.

This session proved beneficial as it helped the students set their minds towards a goal for their future.
