Our aim at MSB-Educational Institute Shabbirabad is to prepare momineen’s children to lead a holistic and balanced life, to ensure for them a strong foundation laid in the realms of taleem and tarbiyat such that they lead an ideal life where they excel and stand out as not only as successful global citizens but also as valuable assets to the community, positioned strongly to their roots.

In the 36 years of existence of MSB-Shabbirabad, the school has produced seasoned graduates which Al Madrasa takes great pride in. It is always inspiring to hear how well the students of MSB-Shabbirabad has steered skillfully their wheels of life and managed to position themselves as socially responsible citizens of the world.

Maryann Dreas-Shaikha

Maryann is an American teacher and the former Head of English and Assistant Headmistress at the Karachi Grammar School – Middle Section. She has a combined eight years’ experience in Karachi, Pakistan, and the Republic of Georgia, teaching English literature, creative writing, grammar, drama, elocution, debates, and Model United Nations, as well as training teachers in active learning and formative assessment philosophy and methodology. The highlight of her teaching experience was directing and producing four school plays – “Doctor Faustus” by Christopher Marlowe, the musical “Fiddler on the Roof”, a modern version of “The Merchant of Venice” by Shakespeare, and “Frankenstein” by Danny Boyle.
