Admissions Open for Academic Year 2020-21

Today, Syedna Aali Qadr Mufaddal Saifuddin TUS is nurturing this tree so that it continues to bear bountiful fruits which benefit individuals and the community at large.

By the Raza Mubarak of Aqa Maula Syedna Aali Qadr Mufaddal Saifuddin (TUS), Al Madrasatus Saifiyatul Burhaniyah-Shabbirabad announces the opening of admission for the Academic Year 2020-21.

The registration for admission can be done through ITS online forms only.

Admissions will be open for the following:
* FS1 (Nursery) (for a child born on or before 30th June 2017 and should be 3 years as of 30th June 2020).
* Other classes (as per availability of seats).
* Class 9th for Cambridge O-level programme.
The registration for FS1 (Nursery) opens from 10th January 2020 to 31st January 2020.
Parents seeking admission in other classes from FS2 (Prep 2) up to Class 9 may register online; admission will be confirmed on the availability of seats and clearance of admission tests only. The date for the admission test for all classes will be announced soon (tentatively it will be in March 2020).

Sign the form as parents/guardians.
Submit the form along with the following documents:
Copy of Birth Certificate / B. Form.
Copy of ITS cards (child and both parents).
Copy of CNIC (both parents).
Two passport size blue background latest photographs of child & both parents in Libas ul Anwar.
Copy of Vaccination record/card.
Copy of the latest report card (if applying for class 1 to 9)
Please submit your forms to the administration office of MSB Shabbirabad on or before 1st February 2020 (during school hours).
