MSB-Shabbirabad participates in MUNIK XI
Seventeen students of MSB-Shabbirabad participated in the 11th Model United Nations IBA Karachi (MUNIK) on 10th, 11th and 12th January, 2020. Students representing their designated countries and part of different UN committees got an excellent opportunity to voice their opinion on various global issues and agendas.
Students from many notable institutes like Karachi Grammar School, BVS, Habib University, The Lyceum School, Nixor etc. were part of the event. MUNIK has been a platform for many students aspiring to hone their debating and leadership skills, all the while applying those developed abilities to the outside world.
MUNIK is part of the IBA Public Speaking Society (PSS) initiative and has been existent now since a decade. IBA PSS members have attended and achieved accolades at various international conferences and tournaments, including but not limited to Harvard’s World Model United Nations, Model United Nations Turkey, European Model United Nations, and World Universities debating championship.
