This Week – Focusing on a Sense of Shame
On Friday November 1st ,2019, students of Darajah Sadesa performed a skit during morning assembly on Maulana Ali SA’s three counsels from the sixth Waaz Mubarak of Ashara Mubaraka 1441H on having a sense of shame. The first, to have a sense of shame before Allah TA always. Second, before the two angels ‘Hafazat Kiraam Katebeen’ that record all your deeds and third, before Imam uz Zaman AS and Dai il Asr – Maula TUS.
Students displayed having a sense of shame before Allah TA through an enactment of the playful manner in which they carry out their namaz at times, forgetting who they are standing before during it.
Next, they enacted a scene of bullying in the school courtyard sending a message to all students that the two angels are recording the ways in which you hurt your peers on a day to day basis.
Lastly, two students took the stage portraying a scene from school exams where students can be tempted to use wrongful means to complete their papers. Through this enactment, students were reminded that they have the honour of being the students of Maula TUS’s Madrasa so they should remember to have a sense of shame that will save them from such acts of dishonesty.
May we continue to abide by the counsels of Maulana Ali SA stated by our Maula TUS and may Allah TA grant this Maula a long, healthy, prosperous life till the day of Qayamat. Ameen.
