Anger Management
When you are angry,
Here’s the rule:
Take a deep breadth
Until you cool
Stop and freeze
Just calm down
Put a smile
Instead of a frown
Think of a way
Not to fight
You’ll be glad
You did it right
STOP! CALM DOWN! THINK!
Then ACT!
You’ll feel better
That’s a fact.

Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin TUS states in his Waaz:
Don’t suppress anyone’s respect by your anger instead suppress the anger within you. Forbearance is the key to managing anger as a person’s rage becomes the harbinger for his doom.
The students of Grade 6 performed an Urdu skit on “Anger Management” and beautifully portrayed lives of students at school and the little things that evoke anger in them. The skit also illustrated several ways which the students can easily use to deal with anger as per Aqa Maula’s instructions.
