The Greatest Gift is a Passion for Reading

Research states that codified knowledge is doubling rapidly and teaching children all knowledge will never be possible. We must brace our students with skills that will help them grow into their own learning. We at MSB strive to make reading a passion amongst our young students.
The prep II’s enjoy reading in their classrooms through their class readers, supplementary readers and library books. They met in a competition of becoming a better reader in their classes. The finalists met in a round in the hall, where parents sat in the audience to encourage, enthuse and cheer the students.
It was remarkable how well the students competed and combated each round of sight words, rhyming words, sentence and question reading round.
The students left the hall hugging their well-earned certificates with smiles as satisfied and gratified parents photographed their little readers.
