16th Aug 2018

The morning of 16th August 2018, was a sight to watch as the tiny tots of the PrePrimary section marched into the premises of Mazar-e-Quaid with their parents dressed up in green attires. The feeling of patriotism was at its peak with every one swinging flags and the green and white head gears on students’ fore heads enhanced the Patriotism in the environment further more.

The young learners were amazed to explore the place, be the part of the parade which was led by the naval guards into the Mazar where we had collective Fateha Khwani and recitation of National Anthem.

The change of guards ceremony was a worth watching sight not only for our little ones but for most of our parents as well. From the Mazar, the whole crowd moved towards the garden area with the air chanting slogans of Pakistan Zindabad. Here we witnessed a short variety program presented by our young talented students.

Adnan Husain Burhanpurwala of class Prep II B was dressed up as Quaid –e-Azam and Burhanuddin Mustafa Zariwala of Prep II B as Allama Iqbal.

Some other students were dressed up in different vibrant provincial costumes and they all spoke about Pakistan.

After this, the time came to make parents active so we had the mural making activity where the young and old actively participated with their heads down, eyes focused and hands moving fast. It was a collage group activity to be done on patriotic slogans.

At the completion of the activity it was a wonderful sight to watch the parents and kids taking pride by clicking selfies with their piece of work thus, trying to capture the cherished moments of the day.

The day concluded with the cake cutting ceremony with the melodious chanting of HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAKISTAN.!
